Needed an open MRI since I couldn’t manage the usual big giant tube kind. Both centers are very professional, friendly and reassuring. The tech at the open made everything so easy. I recommend MDA TO to anyone. My imaging location of choice for sure. BTW the patient portal is user friendly.
Everything about it was great! Beginning with the kind and thoughtful woman that made my appointment and answered all of my questions, to the incredibly nice woman that walked me through the office (I went in the wrong door) to the place I needed to be, to the technician. She was the best! I’ve had several MRI’s and she made sure I was comfortable and talked me through every step.
