People very friendly. Terry was my technician. Very attentive to my needs, sweet personality. Was a very positive experience and PTL it was an “open” MRI. Facility appeared to be brand new, clean and easy access.

Paul, the MRI tech is top notch! Professional, kind & get the job done quickly while keeping you comfortable and informed on each step in the process. I have never had a wait time of more than a few minutes. I prefer the open MRI, hands down! If you must go through getting them done, this is the place to go. There are many between my home in Channel Island and Rolling Oaks MRI in Thousand Oaks, and I choose them!
I highly recommend this facility. I was greeted by a very friendly Receptionist who helped me with the paper work and checked in. The Technologist was very knowledgeable and viewing my medical history solved a problem that could have been dangerous for me. You would be happy to have chosen this facility

The receptionist and technician were both very pleasant. Didn’t have to wait long for the technician. The procedure of open MRI was a welcome relief from the closed procedure. High recommendation.
