Absolute cowboys, totally ripped us off - DO NOT USE!!! So rude to my Mom, did 2 jobs for us but when we phoned to report that we had issues never bothered to come back. After phoning approx 6 times they said that they had been but no way as required access and then the man ended up calling my Mom a stupid old woman!!! In 2 minds to report them!!!!😤😤😤

Came out to fix leaking gutter as I requested to put a connector on it as previous sealant not worked. However, he still only sealed it which is not the job I asked them to do. Paid upfront and gutter is now still leaking. I have contacted Mr McWilliams on numerous occasions asking him to come back out to fix as it is still leaking and I have already paid him but he basically makes excuses as to why he hasn't been able to come back out. Cowboys, Paid to fix leak on 15th Aug. Overcharged, charged for work not even done and leak on gutter still there. Have had numerous different excuses why work can't be fixed and not even offed any form of time slot for them to repair their poor work. It's now nearly a month gone form when work originally paid for in full and meant to be have been completed.
