They came to our property once as arranged and did an OK job, failed to send the receipt after being paid in cash. A regular schedule of cleans was agreed with them and then they failed to turn up for the first clean of the agreed schedule with no notice and a lame excuse. Two further failed agreed appointments later over two weeks they had still not turned up. We lost time and money rearranging things to suit them so avoid if you don't like being messed about.
