I had Leanne Salt as my solicitor and it was a completely faultless experience. We never met but she always had a friendly tone on her emails which I find just has important for digital communication as expertise, which she clearly has in spades too. She was extremely quick to reply to all contact, and if she was on leave her colleagues would quickly and efficiently pick up the thread instead.

We've used McQuades twice and been very happy with the service they've provided. Everything is clear, upfront and very well organised. A special thanks to our conveyancer Leanne who was especially proactive when it came to following up on things and keeping us updated throughout. Had we used another conveyancing firm I suspect the process would have taken us a fair bit longer given the issues that cropped up during our sale and purchase. We'd recommend them to anyone

I have had many conveyancing experiences over the years and I can say that without question that Anne Marie and her team are by far the most efficient, knowledgable and precise i have ever used. Communication from start to finish has been exemplary. Questions were answered concisely and quickly.
