My worst experience with a car rental company. We had a flat tire one Sunday afternoon and the roadside assistance service did not help us because they did not have the tire we needed. The McNicoll company did not answer the phone either. Any other car rental company has people who can help you 7 days a week. In addition, the all-risk insurance of this company does not cover almost anything. So if you have any minimal problem with the car you will have to pay for the repair. Think the hire cars are top class and and stuff always so helpful and always make you welcome. I always look forward to picking up my hire as staff are happy going.thank you and I dont hire from any one eles.ONLY Mc Nicoll.and always will.
We hire a car for a week so our sister could visit paid in full night before hire for her to get there the next morning to be told you license is less than 3 years old and you can’t have your money back £186.00 We have emailed our barista the terms and conditions and it shows nothing on your web page about the 3 years. I’m sorry to leave such a negative review but it’s all on your business.
