The whole experience was very personal, staff were very friendly. Highly recommend, Will definitely be using them again.
I suggest everyone to avoid completely this rental company. Cars are good, staff friendly and helpful, however you have to hope nothing goes wrong with your rental. I am writing this review after 6 months of chasing my deposit. During our rental we had a minor collision with another car (which didn’t’ report damage), the damage was definitely below 500 Euro to our rented car. I’d had issues with HERTZ van hire when they never turned up on a hire id booked with them, I called Mcnicoll van hire Newbridge and spoke with one of their colleagues, and asked if I could get a half day hire, they did such a hire, within half an hour of my call to them I had a brand new van sitting waiting on me at their front office door, and it was less than half the price I’d paid to HERTZ !! Great rental firm,i stay in Australia and i come home every 2 years and rent from Mcnicoll,staff are excellent,communication excellent,and offcourse the price is excellent....keep doing what your doing....see you in 2 years
Abholen und Rückgabe ging schnell und einfach. Uns wurden keine Versicherungen aufgedrängt. Auto wärend der ganzen Zeit problemlos. Eher teuer.
