Thanks to Tom for his professional, excellent customer service. So refreshing to have a company that is reliable.
We have been without hot water since Christmas Eve. Promised to have us up and running by Friday. Didn't have a part for a water heater they installed. Supposedly ordered it to be overnighted. Haven't seen the part. Complete lack of response from the company. Basically, we'll have to wait till the office opens on Monday to see where the part is and then see when they can restore hot water. Bosses are on vacation and will not return calls of technicians.
