Excellent Service! Called with a semi-emergency yesterday and Keith McNeill Plumbing worked with me to get a service person to my house by the end of the afternoon - even though they were overbooked! I spoke with Judy who was beyond helpful and very professional. Corey came to our house to work on the problem and was pleasant and professional and did an excellent job and communicated with us exactly what he was doing. Thank you for a job well done!

It's been a month since McNeill Plumbing assessed the problem with my kitchen faucet (the diverter needs to be replaced) and two weeks since they returned with the wrong part. I took time off from work for both service visits. They've been in business in this area for a good while but, in more progressive communities, people wouldn't let that keep them from taking their business elsewhere. Thank you to Tom with Keith McNeil plumbing for saving our Sunday. Had an issue with a blocked main line and called Sunday morning. Tom was out within half an hour and cleared the pipe within 20 minutes. A few hours later we noticed a backup when using our washer. Called and again Tom was back out within 30 minutes. Appears that the previous blockage backed up farther in the line than we knew but he flushed the entire pipe and we are back in business. Very thankful for the quick and courteous service.
We've used this company several times now, but after today's experience I felt it was time to write a review because despite the fact that two gentlemen showed up at my door and worked separately on the three projects I had lined up for them, I was only charged for the services of one plumber plus parts.
