This company crash into old person's cars and then refuse to accept blame or provide dash cam footage. Avoid if you value honesty.

Still waiting for a sucessful delivery. Failed to follow delivery instructions upon arrival and when asked to deliver to a specific place (due to access) delivery driver told me he couldn't. Other haulage company's have been able to deliver without issue. Really poor attitude and unhelpful. Driver then proceeded to have a loud conversation over the phone with his manager before driving off, without even attempting a delivery. Terrible, low pay , long hours , seriously bad management, wagons in poor condition, high staff turnover, the owners are incompetent at best and are best avoided, they are always on the lookout for new staff , because they are such a poor company , their work is what most other haulage companies refuse to do ,

Recieved a delivery today to Knott End-on-Sea and have to say the driver was fantastic. I was sure he wouldn't get the pallet in our garage however he shifted things around in there and got it in. 1st class service and a really nice guy.
