Charge $49.95 for the $49.95 6 quart oil change package. Instead I got 5 quarts and charged an extra $5.99 for the 6th quart.
Don’t come here to buy a car unless you are willing to bend over to their financing or have cash in hand!! We just walked away after having a deal all set with Billy in sales (who seems ok) after Ryan in financing torpedoed the deal! They would NOT let us buy with 3rd party financing I had already arranged with both Billy and the financier. They won’t take a check (allegedly) from you unless it comes from your personal account! Ryan even had the gall to insult my intelligence. #nowaytodobusiness

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chevrolet on McLoughlin in Gladstone was an amazing experience. Their guy Elliot Dawson was so awesome. He helped us every step of the way and was patient and swift in his approach and work. We happily drove off the lot with our 2017 Chevy Cruz and it’s all because of his efforts to help us get the deal done. Next time I need a car or a friend I’ll be sending them to Elliott and McLoughlin Chevrolet!

I’m always treated like a family member. While waiting for service I always enjoy a banana and a cup of hot chocolate. I’ve had the same rep since 2009, Don Cohen, and really look forward to the few minutes we interact.
