I bought a Jeep at McLoughlin Chevrolet in Milwaukie, OR. I am very disappointed in their service. Do yourselves a favor a buy your car somewhere else. They sold me a 2019 Jeep that needs new tires! No joke! The dash rattles, the window wiper blade needs adjusting, and the handle on the interior of the back door is broken. I purchased a bumper to bumper warranty and they won’t honor the warranty because they don’t have the Jeep diagnostic system. I went in with the intention of leaving with a new to us vehicle. I have been in and around sales my whole life and made sure the salesperson knew that. I hoped he would not try old sales tactics, yet that's what their process is. First, they raised the asking price 3k. My wife has a screen shot of the ad from a few hours before.
