I made an appointment with Annie to look at a specific 2020 Chevy Equinox and when I showed up at the appointed time, Dylan had scheduled another person to look at THE EXACT same car at THE EXACT same time. not happy with service !! i left with a none working recall for window switch fire issues and had to buy a used switch to having working windows again , had truck for 8 hours with out knowing whats wrong , then closed work order telling gm they fixed it which they didn't !!!

As the best experience I've had low pressure buying a vehicle. They explain every step of the way, the process, what was going on. The vehicle was everything advertised and more. They honored the I found and didn't try to sell me a bunch of unnecessary crap and contracts. I will definitely go back there when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

Big SCAM on that 14 Lexus IS250 one of the managers change the price on me right on the spot even when I had proof of the post with a cheaper price , I bought my GMC Sierra here couple months ago and they tried to do the same thing with the truck the first time I thought it was a mistake like they said it was but this second time it’s more a like SCAM ,they told me the same story as when I bought my truck ... Now the car is listed for $17200 PLEASE BE CAREFUL , DONT LET THE MANAGERS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU !!
