just came to check out the Subaru brz. walked around the lot for little bit, walked up to the highlighter yellow Camaro dead front and center, walked down to the fountain, over to the Subaru, back to my car parked on the North side of the building, not a soul in site
They have a great service department
Try to cooperate with customers who have bought vehicles from you. Seems like after the car is off the lot, you don't want to do anything about a problem the car has. And don't be rude when customers call!
Purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Colordao (used). Purchasing experience was great, but like a bad date I can't get them to call me back. A couple small problems, like not having a jack in the truck, and all I get are crickets. Phone calls? Forwarded to parts, where they offer to sell me a jack. Emails? Yeah, Billy Brace asked for referrals and ignored my problems. These guys are the worst at post purchase service.
Friend if mine recently purchased a vehicle here. After purchase they cannot seem to get anyone to address the issues with the vehicle. Completely unacceptable.
