Bought a $50k SUV 6 months ago and it's been needing repairs left and right. Out of my expenses of course. When we talked to the manager he expressed zero concern, didn't even try to help us, all he knew to say was "I can't do that, I can't do anything for you guys, I can't, I cant and I cant"
I reported them to the bbb. Purchased a car that the sales man assured had been checked out and serviced. After going in for a oil change i learned otherwise. Not i am footing the bill. I would have never purchased a car from a dealership that needed major repairs. The sales man elliot seemed genuine, i guess that was just a sales tactic.
Ladies at reception are very sweet, quick service for a battery diagnosis and replacement
