I received an oil change here several times. They always do a great job. The wait time today was awesome. I was in and out in 30 minutes after an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. They also honored the promotion I found online. While waiting, MC also offers water, coffee, hot chocolate, donuts, and fruits complimentary.

I love McLoughlin Chevrolet for scheduled service. I went for my oil change and they also washed my (dirty!) car. They have coffee, donuts or fruit available for those who wait. The best part is I can rely on them for telling me what might be needing attention soon, but there is never any pressure or false repairs. For service you can trust, I choose MC.
Although driving from Washington is a pain the service at the dealership is awesome.
Had an appointment to have our Tire Monitor system checked. Don Cohen was our advisor and was very friendly and helpful. I also met with Brian in the Service department who helped me set up my Bluetooth and handsfree phone system. Everyone from the receptionist, the phone person and all your reps are very nice and give great customer service. Thank you.
I went in after having some major car issues. Called and talked with Brett and he assured me it would be taken care of. We dropped my car off and talked with Cris. He was great. They got my car done within a few hours and it ended up all being covered under warranty. I was so happy. Cris also left me with some recommendations on further care for the issue. Very pleased with my experience and will most definitely be back and send people their way.
Today my car was given an oil change! The service was prompt. I feel a little disappointed in the fact that they send me oil change coupons and when I go off and forget it; you won’t honor the coupon and tell me “use it next time” but it expires in 2 weeks and I am pretty sure I won’t need an oil change in 2 weeks!
Absolutely the best experience in buying a car.
