Took my brand new truck to service today for a repair after 2000 miles on it and inquired about a loaner if they had to keep it for more than that day. Their response was "we don't do loaners, you'll have to go rent a car". They also seemed to not have my appointment in their system, which I got 3 confirmation emails for. I immediately took my keys and left. Will go to a local dealer who does offer a loaner to me, I suggest you do the same.
