We bought our Chevy Equinox 2016 from Fernando last weekend. We only have positive things to say about our whole experience. Fernando, Brian, and Kaveh were all very professional and friendly. We felt welcomed and comfortable through the whole transaction. Having bought many used and new cars throughout our lives, this goes down as the best car buying experience we have ever had. I want to share with all who are nervous about buying used cars and dealing with salespeople. I was looking for a used SUV and felt good about my options until the snowstorm hit a week before Christmas. I found a used Jeep local. But when we stopped to look,it wasn't ready for sale. This was my first service done to my 2016 Impala. I provided the oil and filter, because I wanted to go with full synthetic and they used it and gave me the factor filter they would've used, so that I can use it a later oil change. Maggie Brown was my service supervisor and ran me through the process and within an hour, I had my oil changed, tires rotated and I was on my way. Looking forward to doing business with McLoughlin Chevrolet for a long while.
