The absolute best car service i have ever had! Maggie Brown was hands down the best person i have ever dealt with in the car business. I felt like she went over and above her duties to help me and my kids out the best she could. The technician/mechanic that i spoke with was awesome as well. My wife took our car in for service and had to deal with a new person because the older gentleman retired. We just went for a oil change and she told my wife it was ready for 6 month check and service witch was 1200. Dollars so we spread it out for a couple months. We spent 350 on it today and when my picked up the car she tryed to ask the girl a question but got rushed off to the cashier but the girl was to busy fussing over this man making sure his car got washed and he some candy. We have been to a lot of dealerships lately, and this one shot all of the others out of the water. Kaveh was very patient and understanding. He treated my husband and I equally and didn't push a sale on us. Everyone didn't mind that we had our kids with us, and they talked to them and even helped keep an eye on them while we were signing papers. Thank you to my salesman Alex Mora! I had so much fun finding and buying my car. He was amazing and it didn't faze him when he realized how picky I was. It was great having someone who took the time to find me the perfect car and not expect me to just settle on something. Kudos to dealership for finding such an amazing asset! Friendly people but 2 hour oil change every time minimum!
I had my Corvette repaired. It was a major job that was well done. They provided a loaner car after it was determined it would take 2 weeks to complete. I am quite satisfied with the repair work. I've also had my car in for routine service and the did a great job at a good price.
Special thanks to Maggie! She went above and beyond both times I took my car in. Great customer service!
