Well the original sale was fine but they sold me a used car with only one plate on it. I got 2 tickets for not having two plates and when I went back to the dealership they said they would order new plates which never showed up. I had to still take a day off from work and pay for the plates myself which were 35 dollars and had to go park downtown which was 15 dollars to go to the courthouse and explain my tickets to the judge which he only lowered the two tickets that were 180 dollars to 65 that the dealership was supposed t... read more
A full 5 stars for McLoughlin Chevrolet! We had a somewhat unusual situation trading in one vehicle and then quickly realizing we should have traded in the other when buying our new (to us) SUV. Everyone at the dealership helped to make sure we rectified that situation quickly. We also ran into a few other hiccups along the way and Kurt went FAR above and beyond to help us get everything corrected.
