Every single time I go here there is some sort of issue. Unfortunately to honor my lifetime power train warranty I am REQUIRED to get services done here. I have had past scheduling issues, no communication back when emailed, my oil changes take anywhere from 1.5 to 2 hours with an appointment, I never seem to get my multi point inspection sheet which tells me they are probably not even doing it, and I ask for a tire rotation and get told they can't do it even though they have in the past and it is a requirement of my warrant... read more
