If you don't want somebody's work, or you are too busy - just say so. I'll understand. But don't book me in and then tell me at the last minute that I wasn't booked in when your man gave me a date. People have to make arrangements for alternate transport etc when their cars go into the garage - so to be let down at the 11th hour is really annoying. And the don't care we're very busy attitude didn't impress me either.
Very nice people, took my Range Rover for some minor scratches to get done. They did a fantastic job and, as agreed, on the beginning completed on the agreed day. Charges are also reasonable and will be recommended for anyone. They are busy.
