RecommendedNo waiting in the ER. They took great care of my daughter. Every experience I've had at this location has been amazing. BIG shout out to our RN's Melissa and Sara, R.T Randy, DR Palazzola, Supervisor Susan, ER tech Seth and all other support staff. Love you guys thank you for making my family feel safe. Recommendedthe wound center is awesome. I've had a wound on both legs (not simultaneously) went to wound center and Dr Florec and staff were so helpful and professional. both have completely healed. thanks to the wonderful care from Dr Florec, I now have a lymph pump and wraps for my legs to prevent further swelling. I I definately recommend their care!

I am not sure why Dr. Robert Travis is still practicing medicine. He completely destroyed my husband's career. He is unable to go back to being a Firefighter, EMT, and First Responder as a result of Dr. Robert Travis. He has done this to multiple patients and has had multiple lawsuits against him, yet McLaren Lapeer still allows him to practice. He isn't trained on the most up to date procedures that could have prevented the over aggressive procedure he performed that permanently disabled my husband. My children lost so many... read more
RecommendedI was seen on August 11th in the ER with a knee injury. The ER nurse and doctor where great. The ER doctor told me what she thought the injury was and that I would need to follow up with an Orthopedic. After an MRI and two visits with the Orthopedic he referred me to an Advanced Orthopedic in Sports Medicine. After meeting with him turns out the ER doctors initial thought was really close. The discouraging thing was the Orthopedics diagnosis was different than the ER doctor and the Advanced Orthopedics findings. Great job Mc... read more
