I had to go into the emergency for a procedure today and they were amazing! They were informative and caring. The security guy at the emergency room doors was super friendly and took care of everyone like they were his friends forever!

absolutely the WORST Hospital around. We chose to drive 1.5 hours to Beaumont before we would step foot in this Hospital again. My daughter has a history of strokes and they sent her home stating she had a migraine. She was discharged from the E.R. while having arm paralysis, slurred speech, couldn't stand, and loss of vision. She was also sent home in a gown, no pants on, with no one to help her get them on. I do have all the discharge paper with names incase this turn into a legal issue.

The Birthing Center at McLaren Lapeer Regional is filled with nurse angels. As well as my doctor, Dr. Lisa Allen. Without going into detail, these amazing nurses helped me through one of the worst tragedies of my life. These women (Shannon, Jessica and Kimmy) made my husband and I feel as if we were the only patients in the hospital. They took every second they could to help us emotionally and physically. It's more than just a profession for them, you could tell they genuinely care. I have so much respect for them, all nurse... read more

worst hospital ever not only is the emergency wait an hour plus just to even get seen, the staff is very uneducated, ignorant, and does not handle emergency situations well at all, literally had a nurse raise her voice to me and hang up instead of just telling me the information I needed,.... which I ended up getting from her supervisor anyways, cant handle stress I guess?..ignorant b.i t.c.h.e.s..point being something fishy is going on behind those doors and someone needs to figure out what is wrong here they dont even have... read more

Treated for a dislocated shoulder yesterday, and was advised to go get Motrin for pain. You need to tell the difference between an addict screaming for oxycontin because he has a hang nail and someone with verified trauma experiencing debilitating pain.

Dr. Down the ER doctor is the only good thing that hospital has going for them. Once your admitted your at the mercy of understaffed nurses who don't communicate with each other. If you have a choice do not go there, run away fast. Unfortunately, we learned the hard way.

I went into the ER last night, every single staff member I had an encounter with was kind and very professional. Dr. Cheers ( especially ) , the nurses, CT, and Ultrasound staff were great ! I was sceptical at first because past experiences weren't so good . I was impressed last night!
