In my years of working in the medical field I have never encountered such rude, heartless and uncaring staff within a hospital. They will not help with any part of case management and will lie to you stating they they have done things and haven’t. The ICU puts all of their patients on a vent weather you need it or not, anything you ask of the staff is a huge inconvenience. There is no Dr for the ICU actually physically in the building other than at rounds. The staff roll their eyes with simple requests. I can’t even express ... read more
