Awful service no empathy to personal situation,I had been in hospital after suicide attempt ,missed appointment ! Was crying ,then I was told that wasn’t an excuse ! Discussed domestic violence issues that lead me to situation ! Won’t recommend!

Good experience Good value
Rude, sullen receptionist, actually heard her say to the solicitor upstairs. Oh god that woman is back in again. I had never even spoken to her before, only to another receptionist and never actually got an appointment first time round. Told me they were too busy to take anything on. By the way before I left I told her I heard what she said! She was mortified and so she should have been as I was dealing with a recent bereavement.
