I got fantastic service from Joe Phom and Devin Smith! Quickest purchase I ever made. I had a fuse out the next day and they apologized and promptly replaced it! I really enjoyed working with these gentlemen!
They simply lie to you and tell you what ever it takes to sell you the car. I got two cars from these people and never again will I buy another
I went on Saturday 10/01/16 at 8:00am when they opened. I needed a 10,000 mile tune-up on my new Jetta. I was there for only an hour and a half, that's after six people ahead of me. My first stop on my car hunting expedition, turned into my last. I received great customer service from Brett even though he knew I was just starting to look and a sale was probably not on my agenda for the day. I have never owned a VW but I'm hoping my beautiful little Passat will be everything I expect it to be! So far, so good! I love it!
I just bought a 2012 Passat from them and put money down. I have now had the car for 3 weeks and they are now saying that I have to give the car back due to unapproved financing. The contract says 10 days written notice from date of purchase must be given, I have not received any notice. Their deadline was up a week ago but they say they mailed it. Anyone else had this problem? I just want to keep my car. Advice is welcomed!
