RecommendedI went in to decide on buying a Atlas. The plan was to get a price and shop around. But everyone, especially Lauro and later in the process Rene were super helpful, friendly and the perfect line of not pushy but not uninterested so I walked out with my Atlas which I love! I'm sorry to say, I am severely disappointed with the lack of honesty, integrity, and service I recently received at McKenna Volkswagen in Cerritos California. I was having an issue in which my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta was intermittently overheating. After being unable to troubleshoot the issue, I visited three mechanics in the span of four days. I always have something to complain about, but I couldn't find one bad thing to say about McKenna Volkswagen Cerritos. It is a top notch car dealership. From the moment I walked in, til the moment I left in my BRAND NEW CAR, I was treated like a queen. No pushy sales people. They acted like I was family. The GM, Joe, even came over to make sure I was being taken care of. He made sure I was getting the best possible price, since the salesman tools him I was on a budget and I was a little iffy making this big purchase. Can't s... read more
