Came in for a routine service appointment, and left with a brand new vehicle! While the salesman was great, the GM Joe made the buying experience very personal when he introduced himself before the sale and spent a few minutes with us after the sale(what GM does that?) highly recommend the dealership and their service department!

Don't normally do this, but I had such a great experience I think everyone should know. As a first time car buyer I was admittedly nervous when I walked into this dealership (after all the car buying horror stories I've heard). I had a great experience shopping for my new GLI at McKenna Cerritos. I walked in just to look at the car and ended up purchasing one within a few hours. The customer service was great. The specific car that I wanted was not available and the team was able to find it at another dealer and bring it over to Cerritos in a very short period of time. My lease has not ended yet but when it does this dealership will be on my must list. GM Joe was outstanding! He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly loves what he does.
