I do not recommend VW Cerritos to buy or have repairs done there. They have had my car for 2 weeks now, they are charging me over $5000 dollars in repair plus they do NOT give you a loaner vehicle to use while your car is in the shop. So I have to get a rental car which is costing me over $700 dollars on top of what I have to pay for my repairs. I have called over 10 times and leave messages every time or I get a person and they say they will get back to me and never do. They will not work with you and will on price or anyth... read more

Everything! They were great!
Went today to look at a car for my daughter. Settled on the trade and the price. On the contract there is a fee for paint protection for $695. This was literally the last piece of paper that was to be signed. Never saw this $695 fee or negotiated it so I wanted to know why it was on the contract at the last minute. The sales person said “we disclose this on our website”. When I asked for the manager he said that it was disclosed and it must have “gotten by” me. I bought a used 2018 Atlas during the winter holidays. The sales agent, Eddie Del Angel, and the sales manager, Devin Smith were both very nice. They honored the price that I asked for. They made the buying process very easy and quick. The good part about this dealership is that if you are unhappy or dissatisfied about your vehicle, Danny Mckenna and his team will work with you to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I recommend you to come and see this dealership for yourself.

Worst service department they definetly bend the rules. Managers dont seem to care about consumers especially mike.We bought a jetta 2019 that still fails. and still the pickpockets charge me the rental car that they had to pay. I had to report to the bbb of los angeles so that it grieves they made me pay attention.Long story short just because its the closet vw to you dosent mean its the best. Highly recomend vw long beach wonderful experience out there.
