I bought a 2 and one.all recliners..c photo of chair.fault in it .I rang Michael explained all..I had a new replacement next day thanks Michael...I have no complaints what so ever
Excellent experience from sale to delivery with McKeefrey's. Nigel was very helpful in finding what I needed and was able to advise on likely waiting times for sofas. The team kept me updated on likely delivery times and delivered within a week of my move-in date. Will definitely return in the future.
Extremely disappointing service. We bought a bed and mattress and we were told it would be delivered within 4 weeks. 7/8 weeks passed with no communication and I was told it would be another few weeks. This went on for a total of 15 weeks. Zero communication unless it was me who had to go chasing them. No apologies. Whenever the bed finally arrived the headboard was all marked the whole way across. It looked like it was due to the packaging and we thought it would go away with time but months later it is still there. We didn... read more
