Appointment started on time Technician was polite, efficient, personable, and effective. Remembered personal history of patient. Made patient feel comfortable and safe in the environment.
The staff could not be nicer. I brought my 3 year old son in to observe a check up. Brenna was great at taking extra time to explain things to him and be really nice. He can't wait for his turn next time.
We recently moved from California and needed to find a Dentist. We were referred by Christina Mc. I called to make appointment and receptionist was very helpful and friendly. I received a call and messages reminding me of appointment. When I arrived I filled out a new patient form and then they took me right in. I met the Dentist and he was very friendly and was interested in my situation. The Dental Hygienist Christina took me into the room for a cleaning. Love this dental office!! The whole staff is excellent and friendly. My hygienist Brenna is awesome and SUPER gentle! I especially love that Dr. Avrit takes the time to do an oral cancer screening at each visit. I look forward to my regular appointments every 6 months!
My daughter chipped both of her front teeth. Dr. Avrit was responsive and professional through the process of fixing them. The bonding he created looks like her old teeth and she is happy, especially since there wasn't any pain!
Everything about the staff and service at McKays Mill Dental is consistently excellent. You are a welcome guest not a patient...they care about you....and you feel that every moment. Great performance by everyone there.
I registered as a new patient with Dr Matthew Avrit's practice today [McKays Mill Dental]. I was seen at 7.50am [10 mins early] and the patient registration was very efficient and friendly. I was treated [and I mean treated] to a very good examination and scale and polish by the friendly and endlessly cheerful Amanda [Paige]. Dr Avrit then did a very thorough oral health check and told me I was "good to go". McKays Mill dental is fantastic.
I only wish that I had the opportunity to work with this team years ago. I would have taken better care of my teeth if Amanda , Jody, Ashley , Anna , Jamie and Dr. A had been there for guidance, support and sincere assistance!
