Nice and timely phone callback, but didn't take the ad for the truck after it was sold. Based on my conversation with the rep I would rate it at 4.0

I had the best experience with my car purchase and even better experiences with their service department. Real VIP treatment and very thorough and fair priced.
The service department was very good with looking over our new truck with our concerns and explained the noises that we were hearing and even showed us the same noises on another truck of the same year. Hats off to the Service Department!!!
