Nice people - very responsive
Terrible - their online customer service is outsourced. I was told the internet special would be honored although i'm not a loyalty customer. Drove over an hour to get there. Test drove the car and the manager said he didn't know who told me that and he was not willing to negotiate price. He brushed me off and was very dismissive. I guess i'll take my approved bank loan and nice interest rate somewhere else. What a waste of time.
