Polite and helpful.
Received a timely response with a quirky video from a sales rep. Then after 2 emails I never received another reply. The dealership was a substantial distance from home so driving there as they requested that day or the next was impossible. I found a much better price and experience at a local dealership and would highly recommend them if CarGurus would allow me to mention the dealership.

Purchased my new Chevrolet SS in November 2017 from McGuire Chevrolet in Newton. I found out yesterday (2/22/18) that I had an issue with the trial length contract for my Sirius XM radio. Nicole from the dealer called me today (2/23/18) just checking up to see if everything was ok with the car. I explained the issue to her. Great service and friendly staff highly recommended ! I just love my 2015 Silverado and a special thanks to my salesman Ron Salanitri who went above and beyond to make my purchase experience a pleasurable one .before I left with my new to me truck , he explained how everything worked , showed me how to pair my phone to the my link and showed me how to navigate through all the settings
Car was sold never was informed lucky I called before the drive had an appointment on monday

Wouldn't deal with anyone but THEM!!!!! Service staff is the best....always take care of any issues....Gave me Courtesy car and even picked it up from house and dropped off my truck when I was away....
Nice and timely phone callback, but didn't take the ad for the truck after it was sold. Based on my conversation with the rep I would rate it at 4.0
