We're a family-owned dealership and we've been in business at this dealership in Newton since 1982 though the dealership began operating in 1915. Dealer is in another State but called Reception was friendly enough but price was too high for me so I did not buy

Took a day longer than expected to contact me. But overall i say they did respond to my interest so i was pleased with that knowing they have many custermers to desl with
Brought my son's Chevy Cruz to service department for a turbo issue and a computer issue in January 2017. Less than 5 weeks later the same exact issue reoccurred. Vehicle was brought back to service department last week (March 1st, 2017) and Service Manager Jim Swistak refuses to correct the issue, claiming it was a different service code giving same symptoms. Very pissed.. Christopher/CJ salesman supposed to call us let us know what our payoff for our trade will be.. We were looking to purchase a brand new Chevy Equinox. Yesterday was a week we were there no call back 😡 Called him last Wednesday said he'd call that night nothing!!!! Never will step my foot back in there... ...WASTED OUR TIME...
We spoke a lot about the truck i was interested in but i decided not to buy at the time.
