I made an appointment with them two days in advance for a vehicle but they sent it to an auction the day before my arrival without notifying me. I called them on the morning of to confirm my appointment...that's when they said they sold it to auction. Good thing they didn't charge my $200 deposit and travel two hours (that's why they got only one star). They seem very shady to me.
