The rep that call me back within a day or so with a video message was AWESOME. I could deal with them ANYTIME. Probably the best customer service EVER I am 53 years old. I would call them again

Received a timely response with a quirky video from a sales rep. Then after 2 emails I never received another reply. The dealership was a substantial distance from home so driving there as they requested that day or the next was impossible. I found a much better price and experience at a local dealership and would highly recommend them if CarGurus would allow me to mention the dealership.
