Charged me VAT on all invoices and they are not VAT registered .... ruined some of my furniture.. did not use proper storage facilities in Portsmouth prior to move over to Spain. Clearly do not have any insurance as when I demanded compensation he said he could not afford the amount I asked for.. when I asked him for name of insurance company he would not answer.... threatened him that if he did not pay me I would report him to VAT .. used my 3 in 1 microwave ... when I received it it was covered in thick white fat with bits... read more

We contracted McGregors to complete our move and paid 50% of the invoice upon receipt. After the first time the boxes were due to be delivered he dropped all communications with us and did not return calls or texts. Eventually my husband got in touch with him (from a different number) and he assured my husband boxes would be with us that evening. They were not.
