Salesman talked me out of buying vehicle, would have been coming from a distance away, no deals done unless you are at dealership.
They were professional but It wasn't 4WD So I declined

I corresponded with a representative a couple of times. The vehicle I inquired about was recently sold,but they were very helpful in showing me what was available and followed up with me a few times to make sure that I was viewing all the current information. I didn't purchase from them but would if my new vehicle had been there.
Overall a very positive experience.
