Very friendly staff. They gave me the time I needed. Even if the car I was looking wasn’t available, they let me try similar vehicles at that time .
Requested information, set an appointment to see the car, and they sold it a day before my appointment, then didn't cancel it to see if I was interested in other vehicles

Very good experience.. Drove 2 hours to pickup my vehicle sight unseen and everything was basically in order other than 2 hours to finalize the paperwork and receiving only 1 key.
took this car for a spinn last night. Not too happy, might be an issue with the trasmission. Too much squeaks going on. Doors are both unalign to from the fender. Price was 27k. They told me somoene was coming to get it last night, apparently that never went happen. The price increase just gives me the giggles.
3 hour drive to get to dealer, Jack was good to work with as well as finance . Dealership was clean and on the spot. If your local to the area most definitely check them out.
We had gone to purchaseca used truck. Everything was good. We had received an approval & agreed on purchased. We had to leave due an emergency at work for myhusband. We all agreed next day sign paperwork pick up the truck. The original sales manager Omar & finance manager Ahsan, were helped by another finance guy Chris F. who was rude & snotty & re ran our credit then told us we weren't approved. I would give this dealership a 0 or not even one star if possible. Unprofessional & obviously dont know what they are doing.
Call and ask if car is available. I was told yes it is. They scheduled me to look at the car. I get there and cars sold. Typically Illinois dealership scam. Every Illinois dealership is almost a scam. I can finally say I dislike trying to buy or look at any cars that is in Illinois. I am done with this state. Everytime I go to a dealership thinking it's a new one that I wouldn't get scam, I do. Have never been in any other state that does this. Truck people from a far to waste time..
