I contacted McGrath Libertyville about test driving the car I was interested in. I was told the car wasn't ready to be test driven yet as it's still going through it's inspection process. It was disappointing to not be able to test drive a car that was advertised. It's been over a week and they are still not done with it. If it's not ready to be sold, why advertise it to the public?
Great buying experience. Follow up service was excellent.
Response time is too long. Asked for maintenance records on a car 7 days ago and still have not received them after being told I would have them the next day . Was told they would have numbers on my trade in that day, and, its been 7 days as well. If you say you are going to do something, I expect you to do it. If you can't fulfil these simple things, why would I purchase a vehicle from you?

Great service but I did not like that car model.
The dealership worked hard on getting me the best possible financial rate. There was a financial person named Casey that thru the ordeal of making the best decision for my situation, gave me a feeling of sincerity and assurance. He explained my opinions in laid man terms which I understood. Thank you, I really like my new vehicle.
