I have (2) vehicles to trade-in. Dealer insisted I bring both into their dealership so that they could "Test Drive & inspect" towards the trade-in value. (I had to make special arrangements to get both vehicles to their dealership on the same night at the same time). I was told I had a VIP appointment. When I got to the dealership I was given a seat. Wanted a jeep and they had one. Didn't end up traveling to see it but overall they were responsive and helpful
Very good communication pleasant and professional internet sales manager. The only reason I bought elsewhere was I found a lightly used 2020 RDX and saved $3500 off of new best price. I would definitely deal with again.
