Absolutely the rudest most amateur company I have ever dealt with. Solicitor John McKenna every bit as rude as receptionist Margaret. Noone EVER rings back when they say they will and Margaret's response to any queries is "It's not my problem". Avoid at all costs as you have to chase them all the time to get anything done. So so RUDE!!
I have only dealt with Fran McAvoy and she is a very cold, unpleasant and rude lady. She deals with family law and she has no sympathy, makes you feel that you are wasting her time. Never rings back when says and does not obtain documents when she says. Wasted nearly 10 months of my time.
