Bought my birthday cake there on Wednesday for a Friday birthday. It was stale and dry. I have been buying cakes there for years but something changed over the past year. I do not mind paying for quality as their cakes are not cheap but I felt cheated for paying such a high price for such a low quality cake.

I am a long time customer.....Cupcakes are a favorite at birthday parties. I ordered regular cupcakes but received have regular & half puffy icing. And not having bags large enough for boxes to fit into make the cupcakes hard to transport. Yummy cheese straws & chicken salad.
