I wish I had gotten her name, but she was working this morning around 9 AM. She was an older lady and was absolutely wonderful! She was super friendly, kind, and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She even made me laugh! 😊 Honestly, her customer service really stood out to me, especially for a quick stop at McDonald’s. I hope management knows what a great employee she is because she definitely deserves recognition!
Always makes me wait on the side and then takes an extra 20 mins while everyone drives off. I don’t ever order anything special. I order exactly what everyone else orders and at the same times as them.
