Went to this location yesterday for breakfast! Was so hungry when we finally got the order the food was crusty and nasty! The hash browns were cold like I mean cold possibly even frozen still the breakfast burrito was nasty and cold horrible!!! Considering we were there at 8:30am you would think the breakfast items would have been hot and fresh! nASTY
Got me again. A recent visit on a Tuesday nite....ordered 2 filet-o-fish, and asked for them to be made FRESH. When I got to the window & paid, my food was ready. I asked the attendant if the food was made FRESH, and he assured me that it was. Asked for my receipt just in case....no mention of the special order. I normally end up here at night and they always have the same bullshit excuse of "our card system is down, we are only taking cash". The downtown location never has this issue no matter what time I go there and never had that issue when I worked there.
I only go here because my niece likes it. The service is always horrible here and these fuckers seriously want $15 an hour?! Yea, I don't think so. The employees don't deserve it. Not for how slow and RUDE they are. It's fast food, a basic and SIMPLE job. I should know, I've done it.
It took us a half hour just to get to the window the guy sounded like he had no energy whatsoever, we pay $20 for a meal and we didn't get half of the things we ordered.
6 French fries in my Grandsons Happy Meal!! 4 regular size and 2 little pieces! Terrible! Wish I would of checked before driving home.
