Went in a drive through and ordered a hotcake for my kid. Asked for cutlery (silverware). When we picked up our food, there was no cutlery. The lady was busy walking around and talking gossip. We waited as there was no one behind us on the drive through. When we finally caught her attention and got the cutlery, the lady said “ridiculous, wasted my 5-10 drive through time for just some stupid cutlery.” It was not fun for us either to waste 10 minutes just to get a cutlery, so our kid could eat pancakes.
Slowest drive-thru I've ever been in. It wasn't even that busy but still sat in line for over 45 minutes.
These 30 minute plus drive thru wait times are absolutely ridiculous.
