Been sitting in the drive thru unmoving, waiting to order for twenty minutes now.
Took 30 minutes to get vanilla ice cream cones, rude employees and they forget to complete our order.
20 mins on the drive through line and never moved. We left.
Food was good but service was terrible, a machine was ‘down’ and someone unplugged it. How does that even happen, one employee was nice and understanding but still disappointing
