I never post reviews, but it's late and i'm annoyed. They're either "under maintenance" or their "system is down and it'll take at least 45 minutes to get an order" Every. Single. Time. Mind you, the drive thru said "under maintenance" this time, on the speaker, hand written note. So my friend and I drive up to the window to see whats going on, and the workers run away from the window! Unbelievable. 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️

The restaurant staff was very courteous. It was a good experience.
My mother, cousin and I went here today for Mom's birthday and the manager was very nasty and rude. We used the McDonald's app on our phones and she told us we couldn't do it when other locations did. We were embarrassed and humiliated. Once we asked her to scan it through she never apologized and talked under her breath.
Been in the drive thru for an hour. Still sitting here. They say the card system is down. Here to visit the falls. Worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in the country. Workers are reading off orders on paper. Looks like this has been a problem for a while reading other reviews. The franchise agreement needs pulled from this owner clearly incapable of fixing the basic needs of a store. Update* Still in the drive thru. Moved one spot. People behind me honking.
Gross. Dirty bun. Stone cold fries. Soggy sandwich. 10$ for garbage.
