I was happy with my car buying experience. We bought a used Nissan. However, within two weeks we had issues with the sunroof. Brought it in and was told they couldn't replicate the problem. They told us we had to drive it around and if it did it while we were near the dealership to bring it in immediately. Yea right! Now 9 months later we get in a car accident. My knowledge of Ehrlich is second-hand, but I am impressed with this dealership and know, from personal experience, the reliability and economy of owning a Toyota.
Very good customer service... this is the one dealership I liked and definitely will recommend anyone specially sales man Kelly he was great..
Erin Schauer, service manager at Ehrlich Toyota Greeley, has gone above and beyond to make my service experience pleasant. He is always welcomes me when I have to stop in unexpectedly to get a tire fixed. Can't brag enough on Erin. Ehrlich is lucky to have such an amazing employee.
