Mark the manager does a very great job with keeping in contact and all the updates on my car and he is very good about checking his voice mails and calling back.
I bought 5 cars in 7 year form them Good people to deal with. From top management down Sales, Service & Parts I was impressed with the way they took care of me ever time I came in for service. Day one till the day I left Greeley CO. To our move to Wasilla Alaska. I had the best in class treatment for 7 years while living in Greeley Colorado. Outstanding Customer Service with their team of managers.
$3500 Sensor replaced on a Toyota Land Cruiser and they don't have adjustment tool. What a disappointment The Greeley location never fails to disappoint car owners. I own a Land Cruiser and called all week to get a censor fixed and sure enough they dint have the tool to fix it. Car in there for 2 days. Leaving town Monday and they drop the ball again. One day they will go a dealership that has 5 star service and understand what that is. The service dept just does not get it
